I've just completed the main overall training module with Tourism Australia to become an 'Aussie Specialist'! Being an online agency, I have no window to put up my proudly-gained certificate, so I thought I would post it here.
Of course, Australia is a very big country and I'm now beginning the States and Territories modules to make my knowledge more in-depth. I'm fascinated by the wealth of attractions and the richness of culture and diversity that the country has.
Air fares to Australia have never been such good value, and airlines are offering many special deals throughout the year. As well, with the increasing number of direct flights available, you can fly to Australia in under 20 hours - with the right flight departure time, you could leave home after lunch and arrive in Australia in time for dinner the next day!
Escorted tours to Australia in particular can be remarkably good value - considering that they usually include pre-booked excursions, travel in and around the country, accommodation and some meals.
