I travelled to Tasmania earlier this
year and discovered that while it was a fabulous and not to be missed
experience (stroke a Tassie Devil while you can!), ultra-luxury is
generally not its bag.
Do not get me wrong, here are some beautiful and extremely unusual hotels (and one I would particularly recommend for a very luxurious and special time is the Woodbridge on the Derwent – just marvellous with a very intimate appeal), but the Tasmanian holiday is much more about the wilderness experience, the wildlife and the stunning scenery (and believe it or not, the wine and fizz), rather than the 'luxury experience'.
So, it was interesting to find out that a new ultra-deluxe 'rejuvenating coastal sanctuary' called Saffire is soon to be added to Tasmania's portfolio of luxury experiences and accommodations, located at Coles Bay on the outstandingly breathtaking Freycinet Peninsula.
The inspiration for 'Saffire'
apparently is drawn from fire and water and is uniquely associated
with Freycinet Peninsula, as this area has one of the only deposits
of natural sapphires in Tasmania, and Saffire will offer three levels
of suites - 6 Luxury Suites, 10 Deluxe Suites, and 4 Premium Suites –
with rates ranging from AUD $1,000 to AUD $3,000 per suite, per
night. The 'sanctuary' will also house a day spa and gym, guest lounge,
premium meeting facilities and will showcase Tasmanian fresh produce
and exceptional wines in the fine dining restaurant.
Each suite will offer magnificent ocean views, designer bathrooms, private decks, king size beds, separate lounge areas and state-of-the-art audio, visual and communications technology. Suites range in internal size from a generous 80 square meters to 150 square meters for the Premium Suites – which will also feature private plunge pools.
Intended to be a world-class experience in every way, Saffire will be internationally promoted under the award-winning Pure Tasmania brand and operate alongside Pure Tasmania’s other iconic properties such as the Henry Jones Art Hotel in Hobart (another very unique property that I checked out, and worth staying at if you love original art).
Saffire is intended to be open by December 2009, and it will be interesting to see how it fares to other super-luxury accommodations, and will hopefully be a wonderful new attraction to what is already a most fascinating place to visit.
Tasmania – without the luxury – is worth making the journey for, it will be even more worth it with increased and exceptional comfort when you get there!

The plight of the Tasmanian Devil
I think that to receive the personal loans from banks you ought to present a great reason. But, one time I've got a sba loan, because I was willing to buy a building.

Some time ago, I needed to buy a car for my business but I didn't have enough cash and couldn't order anything. Thank goodness my father suggested to take the loan at trustworthy creditors. Thence, I did that and used to be satisfied with my commercial loan.
